Good features, slow setup

I tried the Reputation Marketing package after their free demo. The features for Google Review Management are solid, and we've seen a definite uptick in reviews. However, getting everything fully integrated took longer than I expected, about two weeks for our specific business listings to sync up correctly. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, but it felt a bit drawn out.

Reputation marketing worked out

So I tried their Reputation Marketing service, mostly to get more Google reviews, you know? It was pretty smooth, they handled most of it. My rating went up a bit, which is cool. The dashboard is easy enough to understand. It took a little longer to see big changes than I thought, but it's working.

Reliable referral automation

This is my third time using Snoball, and they're consistently good. We just renewed our annual subscription for the Automated Customer Referrals. Setup was as smooth as before, and the tracking dashboard is still super easy to navigate. It just works, which is why I keep coming back.

Easy setup, good referrals

I used the Referrals Module for my business. Setup was pretty straightforward, although connecting our CRM took a day. Started seeing good leads within the first week. Happy with the results overall.

Decent service, minor hiccup

I tried out the Reputation Marketing package after the free demo. The setup process was fairly smooth, and the dashboard is intuitive enough to navigate. I liked that they handled the initial configurations, which saved me time. However, it took about 5 business days for my Google Review Management to fully sync up, which was a bit longer than I expected. The results have been good since then, but that initial delay was a small frustration. Value for money seems fair given the managed service aspect.

Good value for annual plan

I signed up for the Review Acquisition service. I wanted to try it out but also get a good deal, so I went with the annual billing option and got that 10% discount they mentioned. It felt like a solid saving compared to monthly. The service itself is good, my customer reviews increased pretty quickly. There was a small hiccup with integrating our customer list at first, but support fixed it. For the price, it feels like I'm getting a lot of bang for my buck, especially with that discount. Very practical purchase.

Good for my small business

I signed up for their Automated Customer Referrals and it's been pretty neat so far. Setting it up wasn't too hard, and I actually started seeing a few new leads within a week or two. It felt good to finally get a system in place that just runs in the background. Overall, a solid experience for my business.

Hey, thinking about Snoball for my small biz. Is it actually worth it for a local shop, or is it more for bigger companies?

T Thomas Torres 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I use it for my cafe and it's been pretty good. The managed service part means I don't have to do much, which is great because I'm always slammed.

I've heard it works well for small places. They handle a lot of the setup and ongoing stuff, so you're not drowning in new software.

Anyone know if Snoball has any public coupon codes floating around? Trying to save a few bucks on the subscription.

M Michelle Flores 3 weeks ago
Nah, I looked everywhere. From what I can tell, they don't really do public codes. You usually talk to a sales rep for any discounts.

J Jeff L. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, same here. I think you gotta do the demo and they'll sort out pricing based on your needs. I got a little break on annual billing that way.

Are there any current promo codes for Snoball? Or like a first-time user discount?

A Amanda Scott 1 month ago
Public promo codes are super rare, I've never seen one. You usually have to talk to their sales team after a demo to get any kind of deal or custom pricing.

R Rachel A. 1 month ago
They do offer a 14-day free trial, which is pretty good for testing it out. And if you pay annually instead of monthly, you usually get a pretty decent discount, like 10-20% off.

How does Snoball compare to something like Birdeye or Podium? They all seem to do similar things.

A Andrew Garcia 1 month ago
I've used Podium before, and Snoball feels a bit more hands-off. Like, they actually manage a lot of the campaigns for you rather than just giving you the software to do it yourself. It's more 'done-for-you'.

Yeah, I looked at Broadly too. Snoball seemed more focused on the *referral* part specifically, with the review stuff as a big bonus. Some of the others are more general reputation management first.

Thinking of signing up for Snoball for my small business. Is it really worth it, or should I just stick with doing referrals manually?

L Linda W. 1 month ago
From my experience, the automation alone saves so much time. I used to chase down testimonials myself, now it just happens in the background. It's more than just referrals too, like getting Google reviews is way easier.

Depends on your volume, I guess. If you have a ton of clients and wanna scale, then yeah, it's probably worth it. If it's just a few here and there, maybe not. They do manage a lot of it for you, which is nice.

What's the deal with cancelling Snoball? Am I locked into a long contract or can I bail if it's not working out?

T Tim H. 1 month ago
You can cancel your subscription at any time, I'm pretty sure. At least, that's what their FAQs say.

H Hannah Wright 1 month ago
I think it depends on whether you pay monthly or annually. If you pay annually, you're usually locked in for that year, but monthly you can just stop. Best to confirm during your demo though.

How long does it typically take to see some real results with their review management stuff? Not expecting miracles overnight, but wanna know what's realistic.

S Sofia Smith 1 month ago
It's not instant, obviously, but I started seeing new reviews pop up consistently within the first month or two. The automated requests really help.

G Grace H. 1 month ago
For me, the initial setup took a week or so, then the first wave of reviews started trickling in after about 3-4 weeks. It definitely picks up over time as more requests go out.

Thinking about Snoball vs. Podium. Anyone have experience with both or can compare them? Not sure which one is better.

M Megan L. 1 month ago
I used Podium before Snoball. Podium was good for messaging, but Snoball feels more hands-off for the actual review gathering and referral stuff. Depends on what you prioritize.

B Brittany Wright 1 month ago
Podium felt a bit more DIY to me. Snoball's 'done-for-you' approach is what sold me. Less work on my end, which is a huge plus.
